I highly recommend Air Rite! I always request Tim, great friendly guy, he represents the company extremely well and the servicing is of the highest quality. I completely trust what he tell me is required for maintenance and/or repair. Both of my systems are older BUT I believe the yearly maintenance has lengthened their life.

Matt Twardoez (not sure if that’s how you spell it) was so awesome. I live in California, my tenant walked into this, then had to leave town. I was freaking out. Not seeing anything for myself, Houston’s a few photos, he walked me through everything. I haven’t lived there since 2013, I couldn’t even get a visual of where things were!

He also put super detailed notes on the invoice for me. He was my “eyes on they ground” and I couldn’t be more thankful! He also had to navigate how to get in my unit with garage codes, strange hallways & doors *** thanks awesome office staff for letting me send you photos to explain to him so perfectly! Can’t thank you enough Matt 🙏🏻

I’ve used a right to do all of my seasonal maintenance and broken air conditioning is through the years, this is the first time no one could be there in person. They’ve always been great!

Terry Lyon’s knowledge of HVAC is outstanding. He is professional yet very personable, thorough and careful in his work. He always calls, let’s you know he is on his way and arrives when expected.I always ask for Terry to be our tech when I call in for service. He has a busy schedule, but a wait is worth it. In addition, Terry has a good company to support his service.Air Rite is the way to go….ask for Terry!

The staff and technicians were all professional, respectful and knowledgeable - working with Air-Rite on the purchase and installation of a new furnace/AC unit was totally stress-free. We are thoroughly enjoying our new system. I would highly recommend them!
