Terry was wonderful! Super efficient, professional and very friendly. He has also cleaned our furnace in the past. He is very thorough and gives us peace of mind that everything is working as it should.

Have used Air Rite for 10+ years in two houses and have been confident all the time they are there for the routine and the emergency....had a major water issue on a Sunday and they were right there....some say a little expensive, I say excellent Value. Guys are great and Marco is one of their best

Give 'em props for prompt service and techs who check in prior to heading over. They installed my ac unit 10 years ago and had them out for it's first service. Got it up and running. May not be the cheapest service in Chicago but the techs have always done a nice job on furnace (also installed by them) and now the ac.

I found Air-Rite Heating & Cooling to be an excellent company to work with from their responsiveness, fair pricing, and professionalism. They scheduled a visit for a quote within a day of my call. They installed my new HVAC system within a week from when I placed the order. I was told the installer would arrive at 7:00am and they arrived at exactly 7:01am. The job site was cleaned of all debris when they left. I will be recommending Air-Rite from now on.

Marco has been here almost every time the maintenance is due on our equipment over the last eight years and always explains what he has done and shows the parts that need replacing and the cost before he does the work. I believe he has extended the life of the unit for a good while and hope he keeps it up.

I've had service with Air Rite for over 21 years. Both services (heat and air). Most recently service person Tim supplied the a/c with coolant and reinstalled a new thermostat. TIM was very knowledgable, friendly and professional. He made sure everything was working and I understood how it worked Best service person ever!!!
