Dan has been out 2 times, and each time was helpful (even when systems mysteriously started working again). Explains potential issues and solutions.

Mike and his team came and inspected the unit within a day to confirm the issue with the unit. The serviceman took less than 10 minutes to identify the problem, which to me shows his level of knowledge. We called to schedule the unit to be replaced and the team was able to fit us in within 72 hours. The team brought in blankets to protect the surfaces they walked on while working and swept the floor after they were done. The team was personable and kind, taking the time to explain what they were doing and how the unit works. Thank you for the great service!

We worked with Dan twice in the past few weeks. First was when two thermostats went out at the house at the same time and the second was when the unit in the basement stopped working altogether. Both times Dan corrected the issues. He even came out on a Saturday.

I own a small business, one of the furnaces went down, I made a call and I was told as soon as a a tech was available they would be out.
Not only did they fix my current issue but during the 15 min wait to confirm the furnace was cycling properly they found another (the same) issue on my second unit. Both units were fixed and back up and running in a hour.
