We had a furnace that was original to the house and an a/c that was barely keeping up with one room. These guys recommended a furnace for us, with a matching a/c, gave us a great deal, and have been prompt and professional when we need service. We asked if we needed a bigger a/c unit, and they told us that it wasn't working due to age, not size. They easily could have sold us something much more expensive, but they didn't. I appreciated the honesty a lot, and 3 years later, we still love our system. Thank you!
They performed a furnace tune up, broke a part which caused a gas leak. I had to call the gas company to turn of my gas. They refused to come out to fix the issue and even said they were going to charge me for the parts and labor to fix it. They then blamed the gas company.
At one point they said we have plenty of lawyers to take care of any complaints. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not call and stay far away. Many other on here have said the same thing.
I called the answering service and she forwarded my call to Justin and he was rude and un caring, he said “ I have been in the sun all day and I am going home to my family. I told him , I was a long time customer too.” He didn’t care, He talked to me like I wasn’t s customer, I thought that was why , I renew my contract year after year. I have never had to call for any services. What kind of company is this?
Great service! Came out right away and fixed a broken water heater. Helped diagnosis issue over phone beforehand to optimize service call. Straightforward, no nonsense, friendly and professional. Would recommend.

Set up appt for 8 - noon on Saturday. Never showed. Never picked up phone. Never called back.
Will never call them again.
Ended up calling ABC Heating and Cooling and they came within 1.5 hrs with plenty of calling and text follow up. I recommend calling them.
