Outstanding service. Quick on a Sunday with very fair price considering weekend. Professional appearance and demeanor. I was very happy. Victor will be called for maintenance in the future.

We discovered that our HVAC was not putting out heat around 8pm on a cold, snowy Thursday night. The weather was predicted to drop to the teens for the next few days, so ... not good. We quickly asked some friends and neighbors and several recommended Master Mechanical so we called them and Dominic called us back within 10 minutes and was at our house less than an hour later. And within another half-hour, we had a new "part" (please don't ask me what part, I called them because I have no clue) and working heat. Truly appreciate their promptness and ability to get right down to business. Masks were worn the entire time and the emergency on-call price was not horrible. Highly recommend them for emergencies as well as planned work. I know we will be looking to them later when we need more HVAC help. Thanks!

I’ve been using Master Mechanical for years now and they are fantastic! They are very efficient and knowledgeable and do a great job every time. I know if I have a problem they will be able to get us on their schedule quickly and resolve the issue. I highly recommend!

Master Mechanical does very good work. I have used them twice already to repair different HVAC issues in my home. Both times Victor arrived on time and did a great job of explaining the issue.

Tom was prompt and a pleasure to work with! A few months prior to having Tom out, we made the mistake of having our air conditioner and furnace serviced by our [very unqualified] remodeling contractor, so Tom + his team certainly had their hands full with cleaning up the mess our contractor had left us with! Not only was he patient with all of our questions, but he explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. He was extremely honest, thorough, and was candid with his diagnosis - exactly what we were hoping to find in a HVAC specialist. The high quality of service we received was above and beyond. Love supporting a family-run business too - we highly recommend them to everyone!

We recently had our air conditioning go out and called two companies. One was an HVAC company that had been doing our heating and cooling maintenance for years and, after some research online, I called Master Mechanical. (I won't even comment on the considerable difference in the cost of the service calls between the two companies or promptness of service.)
Victor, the service tech from Master Mechanical, checked over every possible cause for the condenser's failure, even calling to check with Tom, the owner, to be certain he covered all bases before advising that repair wasn't an option (our system was 30 years old!). Tom provided proposals for three different Trane systems and the pricing was more than reasonable. Tom and his staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with-- professional, friendly , considerate...And prompt?? Whoa! Outstanding service. Bottom line: I cannot recommend Master Mechanical highly enough.

They were able to squeeze me in to repair my a/C compressor.....they had the part in their truck and fixed the problem fast! Very professional repair man as well!

Had a leaking water heater, Tom was out to look at it the day after I called and had an estimate right on the spot. Scheduled the work for a Wednesday morning and he and Ed arrived when they said they would, worked quickly and cleanly, and everything is as good as new!
