Amazing company. Tom was awesome to deal with. Very friendly. The installers (victor and friend I think?) were also super nice. They were running early and called ahead. The installation was done quickly and professionally. Everything was explained and we are loving our in duct I wave ionizer!

I had a really great experience with Master Mechanical. I called them about a broken water heater, and they returned my call right away. They came out on Saturday and did not charge extra for the visit. The part had to be ordered and knowing we were going out of town and really needed hot water to shower before then, Tom went out of his way to fit us into the schedule early on Monday, as soon as he had the part. He was very pleasant, polite and left the area completely cleaned up. The price was very reasonable, the service was responsive and prompt, and I would both recommend them to friends and use them again.

Very easy to set up an appointment and arrived on time. Very informative and gave great advice. Very happy to have found a reliable HVAC company! Plus they give a veteran discount which is always appreciated!

Scheduled same day service for HVAC repair- 1-2pm appointment- tech called and said they could show up at 10:40 instead. Arrived 20 mins earlier than that and had our AC repaired and running in 30 mins. Can’t ask for quicker service on a 95 degree day. Our tech Victor was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. 5 stars for to Victor as well!

It had been years since we had our HVAC serviced. I called Master Mechanical because their service sticker was on the unit. I know that sounds like a weak reason to select a service company, but the HVAC had been running fine for years, so clearly they couldn't be all that bad! It turns out they are wonderful.

We were given a two hour window for the appointment, but the owner Tom showed up exactly at the beginning of the appointment. We were expecting all sorts of bad news because we hadn't been doing any routine care. He reassured us and quickly went to work cleaning the unit. Only one small part needed to be replaced. I feel that the price he charged for both the part and service was very fair.

We were very pleased with the service and plan on using Master Mechanical again.

Master Mechanical provided excellent & knowledgeable service. They installed our new furnace in less time than expected and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job at a great price. We have used them in the past and they are always professional with exceptional service. We always recommended them to our family and friends.
