I made my call to them on Sunday, and even though I didn’t need emergency service, they reached out to me for scheduling anyway!!

My regular HVAC guy was unavailable, so a relative referred me to Master Mechanical. They were prompt and efficient and confirmed what I thought was the issue. The cost was a bit more than what I thought it was going to be, but when I asked my regular guy what he would have charged, he confirmed that his cost would have been only $25 less. If you’re ever in need of a repair, I definitely recommend this company.

We have used them for our HVAC tuneup for the past two years and they do a great job. No unexpected costs and they are always clear on what they are doing and what needs to be done to avoid costly repairs. We will definitely continue to use them.

On a cold February day, we found our rooftop commercial HVAC unit to be inoperable. Master Mechanical was out in 30 minutes after my call and had a part replaced within two hours of locating the part and picking it up. Thank you for the quick response and the fair treatment.

Highly recommend Master Mechanical! They had someone out here within an hour of my call. Victor was professional and easy to talk to. He was able to quickly diagnose my problem (faulty thermostat). I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Charge was fair and reasonable.

This is our second time using Master Mechanical in the past 3 years. Both times they have been friendly, prompt and very honest. We have an AC unit that is close to 20 years old now and when we bought the house our inspector said you might wanna get this one charged its running a little low. Master Mechanical came out and said look if it ain't broke don't fix it, messing with a unit that old may well just kill it. So we let it ride and saved our cash thanks to their honesty. 3 years later that same unit went out and we thought oh well its time to replace it. But nope they came in and said its a 300 dollar fix for this part and the service call. And hopefully that buys us another year or two more. Again they could have said yeah it's dead and sold us 3-5k in stuff but they didn't. And that's exactly why we will keep using them.

This company has serviced our equipment for a few years now. This year, it was time to replace the furnace and A/C. They talked me through the options and I was able to choose what worked best for us. They arrived timely, were clean, and talked us through what we needed to know. The install crew was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend them for your heating and A/C needs.

Tech was great. Arrived early, quickly diagnosed problem and fixed within a few hours. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
