Been using Master Mechanical for 15 years. Tom and Victor have never let me down. They have always come very quickly when I needed them to fix something, next day usually, even same day! Very honest and trustworthy and will not sell you something if you don't need it. They have worked on my parents house, my condo, and I recommend them to all my friends and family for any type of job. I'd give them 6 stars if i could!

Top Notch and professional. They helped me keep my old systems up and running as long as possible. Then installed the new systems and diligently follow up to make sure everything continues to run smoothly. Not one problem. And even if there was, I have no worries since I am in more than capable hands. They are simply the best! Their service cannot be beat.

Victor came out same day and did an excellent job diagnosing and recommending service for my unit, ultimately we decided it was best to replace the condenser and coil. Tom made time in his packed day to come assess and recommend a replacement. Excellent service and highly recommend!

In 2020 we bought a house, which had 31 year old A/C.
Master Mechanical replaced with a new one and replaced many other additions.
Since then I use their service. They come to tune up the system twice a year. All of the employees are very professional, knowledgeable, helpful with my question, and always on time.

Master Mechanical is my go to for all things HVAC related! They came today to install a new AC unit and did a great job. Tom and his staff are reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've been a satisfied customer for many years and often refer them to friends and family.

We needed help quickly to check out our air conditioner and they were able to come quickly and fix it. Tech was professional and they did a great job-our A/C has never worked so well!

I have used them during the fall when my heater wasn't working and now spring time when my A/C unit wasn't working. Both times they knew what the issue was right away and fixed the problem. They also have very reasonable prices. The main thing is their communication is rock solid. It usually is so difficult to find places/people that actually respond and have a good communication set up. They are wonderful!

We have used Master Mechanical for many years now. It is a local family owned and run business. They are honest, reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Yesterday morning, I called because our heat went out over night. Victor was there before 11:30am and got it up and running again within an hour. They do our yearly maintenance and when we needed a new system, we bought it from and had them install it. Tom and his crew are awesome. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

My air conditioner went out on a hot July morning. Master Mechanical came out just over an hour after I called for service and the problem was fixed immediately. Great friendly, and efficient service.
