From my initial meeting to the final installation, Master Mechanical was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They provided equipment options at several price points without upselling equipment that I did not need or would not get pay back from. The installation crew was on time, friendly, and very mindful of keeping the house clean. They performed a neat, professional installation and answered any questions I had during the process. Once completed, the owner Tom, checked with me to make sure I was satisfied and to answer any additional questions. So far, the house has never been more comfortable. I gladly give Master Mechanical an enthusiastic recommendation.

I hired a different company initially to come out and service my HVAC as it was making a noise and sometimes not starting up. They sent out someone who took a quick look at the unit and immediately jumped to this is old, it's easier to replace. They didn't do much and left telling me a consultant would contact me. This set of a bunch of red flags and I contacted master mechanical to come out.

They showed up and listened to the issues. They asked a few questions and went to work. Two minutes later they came to me stating my issue was an incorrect thickness filter and that it was clogged suffocating the furnace. They swapped it, serviced the furnace and it's running great. They were professional, explained everything they did and why things weren't working. If higher them again.

I've been working with Master Mechanical for three years now. They've been doing the maintenance of my ac and furnace and I am very happy with their service. Melissa is always really nice and she helps me schedule the appointments. Victor is a very knowledgeable technician and he is also a great person to deal with.

Master Mechanical is a wonderful company. We’ve used them for the last few years to tune up our heating system each fall. However they saved the day recently when our water heater broke. I had a service call completed within 24 hours and the new water heater installed 2 days later. They are prompt, efficient, and friendly when on call. Additionally, they went above and beyond during the installation to clean out our pipes leading to each sink which were somewhat clogged due to corrosion. I couldn’t recommend this company more!
