Classic Plumbing and Air

While I don't live here, I inherited my parents' house and several rentals in Champaign. My property manager found Classic Plumbing to help us with all of the properties and they have been great! Helpful, prompt, courteous, and most importantly really good with plumbing issues. Most recently we had burst pipes and outrageous water bills ($300+) and within an hour or so everything was fixed! No more ridiculous bills. We could not be happier with them and will continue to use them from here on out.

Fantastic service!! The pipes were replaced in a timely manner and very efficiently. Peter did a fantastic job at explaining what was done, and was very professional when i asked him any questions! The esimate classic gave us was the best around and I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Kyle was able to fix my outdoor AC unit, which had some funky electrical gremlins. I guarantee most other companies/techs would have thrown their hands up and pushed for a whole AC system replacement since my compressor was overheating for unknown reasons. Kyle went above and beyond to troubleshoot the actual issue(s) and I'm back up and running. Very smart and ethical dude!

My main sewage line busted, and I called classic plumbing. Peter was at my house within 2 hours to put in a temporary repair so my family could use the water and facilities until they were able to put in a more permanent fix.

Peter was friendly, professional and he did a great job. The company went out of their way to make sure my family wasn’t inconvenienced, and did so without any extra charge. I could not be more pleased.

We needed some minor repairs done and Classic sent Wes. He was on time and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He also put covers over his shoes as soon as he arrived. We always appreciate when vendors do that before we even ask!

We had a leak in a pipe in our front yard. I called classic plumbing to see about getting it fixed. Cody came out that same day and assessed our leak and quoted use a price for the repairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable. They had the parts and the water line fixed that week. Highly recommend classic plumbing!

I have used Classic Plumbing for a number of years and have seen the growth in the company. One thing has not changed and that is the professional and quality work from the staff. Tim Stiger installed a new sump pump today and kept me informed throughout the process. Thanks Classic Plumbing!

During one of the recent cold spells, our main gas line began to leak due to old rusted fittings. We called Classic Plumbing and they were on site the next afternoon. Cody was very professional and even though it was raining and very cold, he completed the repair perfectly. The gas company even commented during their inspection, that Cody had done a great job with the repair. Our gas service was restored and we had heat again. Thanks Classic Plumbing!
