Kyle and Chuck were great! They installed my new AC unit in one day! They were professional, informative, and helpful! Kyle even came back the next day to make sure everything was working properly and to our satisfaction!! I recommend them highly!! Very pleased!! They even did the Ameren rebate form for me!

The guys from Classic Plumbing did a great job moving a set up for a water softener from the garage to a utility room in the house. The water software installation team came a couple of days later and we're very impressed with the job they did also. I would definitely use them again and recommend them 100%.

Our furnace was working intermittently. We called and Classic came early the next morning, actually a few minutes before 8 AM. Tech introduced himself and began work quickly. Found the problem, flame sensor, and repaired quickly. What I really appreciated was he checked entire furnace and cleaned it too. Remarkable. Thank you Classic plumbing and air.

I needed some vent runs for basement HVAC: Chuck was exceptional as far as response time, knowledge, and time to complete the work. Much of the work I have done is because I simply don’t have the time. They did the work right and at a price that made sense and was fair. Local people taking care of a local community is almost always a superior experience and this was a great example of that. Pleased overall with the entire process.

I noted an issue with basement water evacuation. I left a message with Classic Plumbing and within minutes received a call back. Hearing the issue, he immediately suspected a failure of the lift pump. He advised on what step to take not to further the issue and being late in the evening there would be a technician at my house the next day to service. I received a call early the next day to expect service at 1100. He arrived in professional attire and mannerism and found the issue exactly as suspected. He explained his product and steps to replace existing pump along with pricing. Within 1/2 hr. the system was working properly. He left work area clean. I would highly recommend this firm should need arise.

First time using Classic Plumbing and Air and will be continuing to use them. My furnace went out last night, I was referred by a coworker this morning. Kyle Swisher was at my house in less than 30 minutes after talking to him and had my furnace fixed for a reasonable price in less than an hour. Great company!

My husband was trying to DIY a toilet replacement and ran into a snag with a new toilet flange. We called Classic Plumbing & Air at the last minute at 4 p.m. just before closing and expected to be put on a wait list for another day. Nope! Peter kindly agreed to make a last minute run to our house and help with the issue so we could continue with our new toilet installation. He saved the day!! Peter was kind, very respectful and quick. It's obvious he's been trained well.
