Jason did a nice job repairing three of our toilets. He explained everything that needed to be done and when one toilet continued to have an issue he came right back and made another adjustment. The only reason I did not give a 10 is that I find Ravinia Plumbing to be more expensive that other options of equal quality.

Ravinia is a great service! They were very responsive and helpful! Our tech, DJ, was great as well. Professional, helpful and efficient!

Terry was on time and extremely knowledgable. He explained all my options and showed me photos so I knew exactly what I was getting with each. During the installation he kept me informed of issues (house is 100 years old so not unexpected) and addressed them per my input. Overall was a great experience because of his expertise and communication. Thank you Terry!

We had an issue with our basement toilet not draining and so we called Ravinia to route. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough through the process explaining the overhead sewer system we have installed and issues to watch for in the future at the transition between the house foundation. In routing the toilet Joe attempted to fix the issue in a few different ways to try and keep the option cost effective but eventually needed to remove toilet. He used a camera first and explained the current piping and best way to keep it working properly was routing. There was a piece of lead that was causing the issue which he was able to remove and the system is working great since. Thankful for knowledgeable service provided by Joe and Ravinia always handling our mechanical issues in the best way possible.

Each time I have Ravinia and Chris in my home they do a thorough job. They have installed a faucet, water filter and new toilet.
I never wait and everything is clean and well explained.

We need to replace a gas cooktop and couldn't locate a shutoff valve. The appliance company wouldn't move ahead without a shutoff. Chris located the valve, checked for leaks, showed us the shutoff for the entire home and generally made us feel safe enough to proceed. We are grateful for his diligence and careful work.

2nd time using their services and they have not disappointed me. Outside temp today is -30 degree and today when I called them, in one hour they came. Very impressed. Chris came too and is a thorough gentleman.
