DJ did an excellent job of cleaning out the sewer drain. He explained what the problem was and described the next steps. He was clear in his explanation and very neat in his work.

Ravinia plumbing is very responsive. Our kitchen sink was leaking at the sprinkler and the plumber quickly figured that out, tightened the fixture and leak solved so we could use the sink again. And he only took literally like 5 minutes to solve the connection valve to the toilet not closing all the way. The plumber that fixed the sewer flushed out the drain to the sewer expediently so we could use our bathroom shower and toilet immediately again.

Ravinia is able to help off hours which is a plus! Jon J. was at my house late last night to help with a broken water heater and worked all day today replacing my water heater. He was a very knowledgeable and kind worker and did a great job for me.

I had a gas leak and needed pipes/valves replaced - Ray came out to get it handled, fixed it quickly, and even relocated my gas shut off valves to make things easier for me in the future in case of emergency. Thanks!
