Switch’s to Ravinia for HVAC with low expectations. Had such a bad run with another company. For 15 years I would hold my nose and wallet knowing that I would feel pressured and when ever I called for service or seasonal check-up. Ravinia has consistently performed beyond my expectations. Prompt service. Courteous Tech’s. Nobody trying to sell me products or services that I knew were not necessary. What’s not to like?

We have been customers of Ravinia Plumbing for many years and continue to receive great service. Joe H. came to perform an annual maintenance for our ejector pump. He suggested an additional inspection of our sanitary sewer upon learning our home was built 20 years ago. He discovered a cracked sanitary pipe which saved us what would have eventually been an emergency and a mess. Along with DJ S., thankfully the repair is complete and a potential disaster avoided.
