Jason did an overview of our plumbing. He discovered small issues that could have grown into very large ones. He dealt with an existing drain problem as well. In every instance he took the time to explain what was going on and show us what he intended to do. He answered all questions clearly and patiently.
Could not have had a better experience.

We have also had extensive electrical updating. Steve has been here most. He is careful in his work and happy to explain what he is doing and why. Vlad and Javi worked with him to vent our bathroom vent out of the attic and to cover a few ceiling fixtures that reached into the attic. All were pleasant, careful, and professional.

I like the fact they were able to schedule my repair right away and their plumbers were knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and the installation was fast.

Informative meeting but surprised with an undisclosed service call fee as this was the first I heard of such a fee through the vetting process with vendors from Angi’s list. Would have been helpful to get that kind of disclosure upon requesting a “free consultation.”

They arrive on time, and their prices are competitive, especially considering the high quality work they do.

Chris T came out and did an assessment of my plumbing issue. Chris was polite, knowledgeable, and listened to what I had to say. We have not proceeded to having Ravinia do the w repair work yet so canny comment on their performance. Planning on work as soon as weather permits.

Both Techs that came out, 1 for inspection and estimate, 1 to install were both very friendly and professional. We noticed that it was leaking on 1 day and had a new water heater installed the next day. The service was great.

I have been a costumer of Ravinia for over 10 years. This company is reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy from diagnosis through job completion.

Steve is fantastic person to have him wire your house. I had him do 10 can lights for me and install 3 switches. He was always on time very professional and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!!
