They answer the phone 24 hours a day. They sent a plumber in the middle of the night. This is not the first time we have needed someone at night or on a weekend. They do not charge so much for that service that you feel taken advantage of. You can’t plan your emergencies, but it’s nice to know somebody will back you up when you have one. These guys will.

Was experiencing a backup. DJ and Jordan handled my pipe with care, caused no damages, just loads of relief. Made quick work of the job and cleaned up behind themselves. Will call them again for future services!

Mech replaced a leaking external "freeze protected" faucet which required removal and replacement of the feeder pipe. Existing pipe was routed above the ceiling and between the external wall and the finished internal room wall in the basement. It was nicely done.

The first visit they found the leak under my kitchen sink. they found two problems. i had to order a new faucet and garbage disposal. when the faucet came in, they immediately scheduled an appt to replace everything. cleaned up, friendly and professional.

We've been using Ravinia Plumbing for years. Most recently they assisted us with thawing out a water pipe that had frozen during a particularly cold spell. As always, they were prompt/courteous and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommended.

Had issues with roots invading the outside sewer line causing a back up into the house. They were able to take care of it the following morning. Quick and responsive. Really appreciate that in this situation.
