Lockwood Furnace has provided annual HVAC service at my residence for more than ten years. I have been completely satisfied the professionalism of the staff. I highly recommended them

Have used Lockwood for both furnace and AC installs. Very professional, showed up earlier than expected and finished earlier than expected. Would recommend to a friend or family member without hesitation.

As a loyal, 20 customer of Lockwood Furnance, I feel the $96 service charge of 8.13.20 should be refunded to us.

1. On 7.20.20 Lockwood performed an AC service checkup which per your phone rep is essentially a cleaning.

2. On 8.13 I called due to water leaking under the furnance. Your tech poured a little water in the A/C drain tubing, remove it, blew with his mouth and used a screw driver to remove a little debris. No parts were required.

3. During the 7.20 visit I did not see the rep remove and/or otherwise clean the drain tubing.

4. Since I paid for a "CLEANING" on 7.20, I do not feel charging a 2nd $96 service fee for a truncated version of "CLEANING" is legitimate. Especially only 2 weeks after your 1st visit AND, the 2nd service call required no parts and was unilaterally covered your 1st "CLEANING" visit.

5. I feel the above falls firmly within the statutes: BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS

Quick, Honest and Dependable. Brandon the technician was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our household has used Lockwood for years and will continue to do so.

On a Saturday morning in late February 2020 the furnace went out at our rental property. We called Lockwood because their website said open 24/7, Trane dealer, services Chicagoland area .The repairman said its $144.00 to come out. We said please come out because our tenants needed heat as it was going to be in the 20s that night. He did come, but said he didn't have parts and could not get them. He told our tenants to get portable heaters until Monday when he could come back. We called someone else who knows about HVAC for help. He called Munch's Supply and paid $150.00 for them to open doors on a Saturday. He got parts, fixed the furnace and our tenants had heat within 2 hours. Open 24/7 to do a drive by and collect $144.00 is unacceptable. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND LOCKWOOD.

Matthew came out today to work on my ac unit. I'm very satisfied with the job he did. Matthew was very efficient and knowledgeable of his work! I would definitely refer him with my friends and family.

Rep was not a sub-contractor, and was fully knowledgeable, made a quick assessment, showed me pictures of internal issues with my AC/ made quick, accurate, and edfective repair, and made quick estimate on replacement. Then the company owner areived next-day and began replacement estimates. All wore masks, no goofing around. Glad I called them as they were terriffic last winter when blower went out on coldest night of the decade! Their name was on the originalnunit in my house, and theor great performances proove why they are still in business 20 years since.

Lockwood Furnace was able to schedule me quickly. The guys who came out were very courteous and efficient. They got the job done faster than anticipated.
