My family has used Lockwood since we bought our first home in 2007. Lockwood has always been professional, on time, knowledgeable, and most of all, high quality. Over the years they have really kept our furnace and A/C systems in tip-top shape, with excellent office staff. We just installed a new furnace and hot water heater at our current home, and from the initial estimate of services through installation Lockwood was realistic about install times, talked with us about our options, stuck by their original estimates, and the work included a lot of re-routing pipes, sheet metal fabrication, and more. I really can't say enough about them. They have never disappointed us - their employees seem to stay with the company a long time. The estimator had 40 years, the install guy had been with the company for 14 years. This is a sign not only of a business who knows their job, they seem to treat their employees right, too.

We have relied on Lockwood Furnace for all of our heating and cooling needs for the past 16 years with no complaint, We don’t have to call on them often but when we do they arrive on time and repairs were completed in a timely manner. After our last repair in February we had a related issue hours later that was our error, but they came back the same day to correct the issue. Always professional and they always get the job done right.

Great experience with Lockwood. Just upgraded our furnace and AC unit. Bob came out gave me an estimate pretty much on the spot and answered all my questions. Andy installed and was in and out in less than 2 days. Explained every question I had and was super qualified. Highly recommend.

I moved into my house 6 years ago and they had this company install a hot water heater prior to this and their name was on the thermostat, hot water heater, AC, and heater. Our hot water heater went out without any warnings. I called them for a service call and they came the same day. Unfortunately for me the hot water tank needed to be replaced. My technician Matt came out and advised us on our options. We chose to have it replaced. He was able to get this done in the same day. He was so customer friendly and was knowledgeable on my older system. He went up and above to finalize the process in just one day. They were very respectful to the social distancing and did not make any mess. I will recommend this company and Matt to all my family and friends. This is a very reputable company for anyone who is looking to get any work done. I will be a returning customer when I need something.

Tech wore his mask below his nose so told him since he wasn't protecting anyone that way he might as well take it off (as luckily I'm personally vaxxed and boosted.) He was not pleasant or friendly, actually almost curt.
He had been called out to add freon then spent all of 15 minutes here, leaving greasy marks all over the thermostat and everything he touched, told me he couldn't add anything as it was the discontinued R22 (which the apptmnt desk knew about when I made the appmt, as I had provided the age of the system, etc.), and still charged me the full $96 (no senior discount available, he said).
At least the guy from Four Seasons 3 weeks ago didn't charge me although he was here at least as long.
When I called to complain the girl at the c/s line tried to fib and say Ihad been told they couldn't do as anything. That's nonsense - I was told no such thing, other than that the tech would make that decision once here. I wouldn't have risked $96 for something that was a fool's errand. I'm on SS and can't afford to throw away money for nothing.
Needless to say that if I am ever able to afford to replace (what I was told my only option) I will not go with Lockwood. I thought they'd be good to work with due to so many good reviews but my experience proved differently.
