Lockwood Furnace Company

Been with Lockwood last 8 years and a very satisfied customer. On time, no surprises, great techs, what else does one need with a furnace and AC dealer.

I've had a service contract with them on and off for several years, and have used them twice for repairs. The last repair was about a month ago. Last night, my furnace stopped working completely. They came out this morning.

The problem was an incorrect installation of a part from the previous repair visit. The furnace is working fine and there was no charge.

Honest companies are so hard to find, and I'll be sticking with this company for a long time.
