The team was very thorough and worked late into the nights to get the job done quickly and efficiently - it took about three days to get everything done. They also ensured they cleaned each night so that I didn't have to deal with the mess myself. When there was suspected issue - they came in less that 24 hours any removed any concern I had following.
Very pleased overall and would highly recommend.

After repairing our boiler last year (on very short notice), they had to come back this year when it wasn't working again. It needed to be replaced. They were very helpful in quickly sending a quote and recommending a new boiler and walking me through the steps. They came quickly to install the new one. It was not an easy job as we have a very old house but they stayed into the night until it was done. Much appreciated!!

Great people. Our AC was fried. They came out that night, explained the problem, and helped us find a solution. He was friendly and thorough. The install team came and replaced our whole system for a very reasonable price. They were also amazingly friendly, cleaned up, and worked very hard in a difficult space.

The whole process starting with discussing our needs and options with Dan and getting a price for the Fujitsu, then placing the order and scheduling the install, and finally the install, was very efficient and fast. I asked for a lot of details about what we were getting and the installation, which Dan patiently explained.
Dan’s crew did a very tidy installation. I tested out the heating and it has worked very well.

We had a problem with the level of heat in our third floor bedroom. After researching different options available, we landed on putting in a ductless mini-split AC unit. After reaching out to five different companies, we were immediately impressed with the level of attention and detail provided to us by Dan. Dan came out the next day for a site visit. Knowing a third unit installation and our particular set up would not be a "traditional" one, Dan walked us through every step of the installation and work required to ensure a proper and safe installation.

Our old hot water heater failed so we replaced it with a instantaneous hot water system. From response to inquiry through to timely and professional execution of installation we were impressed. Not a simple easy job and the team were great. Highly recommend for the work we had done.

I had a 1pm appt and was called at 1250pm to say the tech was on his way. Trey showed up at 1pm and was very polite. He asked me questions about my system, let me know what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. After checking all my components he said I needed a new system. He gave me a quote and I went with his recommendation. I received the call this morning saying my new unit is being installed today and I have a 3 year warranty on my equipment. I would definitely recommend Best Comfort to anyone needing HVAC work.

We contacted Best company with the intention to replace our water heater to tankless. Upon the site visit, Dan quickly identify a more pressing need for us to replace the outdated boiler. Dan has provided us with the perfect solution of replacing both with one Combination Boiler. We were impressed with Dan's responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism. The unit is installed within one week of our original contact. We are very pleased with the performance of the Combi Boiler.
