Best Comfort Heating and Cooling

Great people. Our AC was fried. They came out that night, explained the problem, and helped us find a solution. He was friendly and thorough. The install team came and replaced our whole system for a very reasonable price. They were also amazingly friendly, cleaned up, and worked very hard in a difficult space.

We were not counting on having to replace both our AC and furnace at once, and all of the sudden it was urgent when the furnace quit working end of October. We asked for recommendations for good furnace/AC companies, and Best Comfort Heating and Cooling came highly recommended by a trusted friend. After doing our due diligence and gathering quotes from about 5 different companies, we went with Best Comfort. Not only because they were priced more reasonably than the other companies, but because we trusted them. They installed our units in one night, staying until midnight because the weather had turned really cold and I had company arriving the next morning. Very professional, very friendly, very affordable. Love that it is a smaller company that takes personal pride in their work and in their employees whom they send out to DO the work. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company that obviously takes great pride in the service they provide.

Highly recommend Best Comfort Heating & Cooling as well as Brian, the Installer. Brian was absolutely awesome! He installed a new AC unit in my home this past Saturday, June 2nd. He arrived on schedule and completed the job in record time. Also, Brian was very friendly. Yet, not overly talkative at all as he had a job to do. Phenomenal job! Thank You!

Fantastic company to do business with. Starting having issues with my air conditioner so I did a google search for air conditioner repair in Plainfield, IL. Best comfort was the first to come up......and, after reading a bunch positive reviews, I knew that they were the right choice. Trey personally came to my home to make sure that I knew what was going on. Truthfully though, Tom (my installer) was the person who made my experience an exceptional one. His attention to detail.....his desire to make sure that I was satisfied and his drive to ensure my total satisfaction is exactly why I am writing this review. These are good people with a strong work ethic. Can't thank Tom (and Trey) enough. I will continue to use them for all of my Heating and Air Conditioning needs.....they have a Customer for Life! B.C.H.C . IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST.... Our family called around to many places to find someone that could fix our furnace, it was old and kept going out. we called and they came out right away ,they are so reasonably priced, very polite, well mannered, and didn't play around . Came in did the job and left, and called us twice to see how everything was going. The man that came was Trey, he actually was recommended by a friend and his service was definitely worth that call.

Had some communication issues on my service call and was quite frustrated, but the owner PERSONALLY called me to help me understand the situation and straighten out my situation immediately. This gentleman is a stand up guy that takes great pride in his business and reputation and has the values I appreciate in a leader. Outstanding Recovery!!
