Best Comfort Heating and Cooling

Called late afternoon with no functioning heat from furnace, tech (Josh) came out within hour and diagnosed the problem. Told us he would have to get a new board from supply house in the AM. Surprisingly the same evening Trey showed up about 9 pm with a replacement board and after further troubleshooting he diagnosed that the furnace had bigger issues that could become very costly. In the end we decided to go with a new furnace rather than throwing money and parts at a 14 yr old system. By 1 am same night Brian & Trey had the new furnace installed and heat working again. Very satisfied! Thanks Best Comfort Heating & Cooling, and especially Brian and Trey.

I searched for a while on HVAC company's to help provide me the best option for my A/C unit that went out. Finally I found Best Comfort Heating and Cooling. I can honestly tell you, it was the best decision ever made to hire them to install a new A/C unit and I'm not disappointed. Their techs are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Their response time is fast and still efficient. They have built up a great business and defiantly stand up to their 5 star rating and deserve it. Brian and Trey are amazing Techs who walked us though the entire process and are extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of an HVAC company. Great Company to work with! Quick to answer and fix the problem. I was with out heat the coldest day 2 winters ago, I called and spoke with someone around midnight and had a new unit installed the next morning. The cost was the best in the area and the fastest service. I highly recommend working with the crew at best comfort.

BCH&C truly is everything they claim. I had 2 furnaces go out at the same time and it was no problem. They came out and fixed everything at an amazing price the very next morning. Trey and his amazing crew are the only heating and cooling specialists I will ever call again!

Omg, where have this company been all my life. I've had the pleasure of using them for 2 locations. Brian, a nice and intelligent young man came out diagnosed one problem in my home and replaced the furnace in my investment property. Trey, awesome informative gentleman followed up the installation and return to my home on the previous diagnosis and fixed a new issue in 10 minutes. He immediately knew the problem just from the sound coming from the furnace. Now my family is warm and COMFORTable due to Trey and his crew. Wonderful experience from placing the call and speaking with the pleasant operators to the meet and greet with the Techs. Called they came out the next day. They where quick and had a fair price. Then they came and installed my new system the next day and now works great. Sale person was there every step of the way when I had questions even after the install,

Needed an AC capacitor for a rental on a Sunday...looked everywhere and drove to checkout this company...the two gentleman provided me with the part and took the time to discuss proper install. I had a problem with my furnace and it stopped working. I called one of the well known company in Chicago land area and they said we have to replace the furnace with a new one as they cannot fix it. Then I called "Best Comfort Heating and Cooling" to get a quote so that I can compare the price what it takes to install a new furnace.

"Trey Durden" came to my house to give a quote for new furnace. He looked at the furnace and said that I do not need a new furnace but he can fix it. He fixed it in 40 minutes and it runs pretty good now and this saved me a lot of money. Trey is very good with his work and knows what he is doing.

I strongly recommend these guys. Now I know whom to call If I have any issue with my Heating and Cooling system.
