Best Comfort Heating and Cooling

I Just had to write this to tell you how much I appreciate the wonderful service that your Trey did when he came out to my house to fix my heat. Not only was he prompt, but very courteous and had my heat working again in a very timely manner..very professional. I know too many times people write to complain about someone, but not enough people write when someone went above and beyond what their job entails them to do and I really feel like Trey went beyond what was expected of him. Thank you again and I will definitely be calling your company if I need any work in the future and I'll also be telling my friends and neighbors.

When your heat or air goes down, what do we want most? Fix it and fast!!! These guys make no excuses, and are true to their 24 hour service statement. Lot of places jerk you around, and you end up waiting and waiting for results. Not these guys!!! They are willing to be there for you fast at any hour, and the job they do is second to none. They are respectful to your home, very organized and clean, and they make sure all of your issues are solved before they leave your home. Fixed means fixed with these guys, and their prices are the best around too for the service they provide. They don't hustle you out of services you don't need done either. The honesty is refreshing and much appreciated. They have come to the rescue for my family in the cold and heat, and I will not hesitate to contact them again if another problem pops up. I know I can count on them to fix it fast!!! Two thumbs up for these guys!!!

Trey and his team did a wonderful job installing a new Goodman Furnace and AC unit. Best Comfort Heating and Cooling was very responsive after our 16+ year old AC unit went down. The new unit works great and is much more quiet than the old one. We couldn't be happier. Thanks Trey!

It's never a good feeling to wake up in a cold house. I called first thing in the morning and Best Comfort Heating & Cooling had a technician out the same day! The techs quickly found and fixed the problem with my furnace. I would highly recommend them!

During the hottest days in early June, I called Best Comfort to come out to service my Air Conditioner. They called me back right away and scheduled a technician to come out right away. My technician the Wonderful Josh Randolph came out and had my air conditioner running in less than a 1/2 hour. I've been telling all my friends and family about this Company. It's so refreshing to find a Company these days that's so focused on Customer Service and they have No Service Charge!

This was definitely the best company out there today. Fast and prompt service and fixed my furnace right the first time they where out. Very knowledgeable workers that explained the problem to me in a way that I could understand what was going on with the unit. Excellent customer service from the lady on use phone to the worker at my house. Would definitely recommend there service to all my friends and family and will use them again in the future for any and all my heating and cooling needs.

In the end, the guys (and gals) from Best Comfort made the best out of a bad situation. The techs showed consistent integrity in the face of a complicated furnace repair/replacement. Brian did a great job installing the furnace and went above and beyond by coming back a few hours later to troubleshoot an additional issue. Trey was equally as helpful, making multiple trips and phone calls himself. The folks at Best Comfort have customer service at the forefront of their work and really go above and beyond.

Couldn't be happier with Best Comfort Heating and Cooling. We called them for an estimate to replace our A/C unit at the recommendation of another company. We called in the morning and they were there by the afternoon. When they came out for the estimate, they fully checked out the system and realized we did not necessarily need to replace the whole unit. Zach, the technician that came out, explained how he could fix the problem (at least temporarily). I am so impressed with the company's honesty. They could have charged us to replace the whole system, but instead they helped us save thousands of dollars! We will never use another company again!

Very responsive, and came out late at night. Continuing service and follow ups are great, and They has personally come out with any questions we had regarding the service.
