Best Comfort Heating and Cooling

I can't speak well enough about Trey and his team at best comfort. There we were, 30 below zero in January and the furnace went out. I found Best Comfort through the internet. Trey came out saw how much work we needed to have done because we found out the central air unit went out as well, took compassion and had one of his men get right out and begin working. Tom stayed until 1 am getting us back in business, and warm, Thank Goodness!

they are professional, extremely courteous, and will stay with you through the entire process..from diagnosis to completion.

Again, I highly recommend Trey and his team, for me and my family they truly were lifesavers in January.

Trey and his crew did a great job installing a new furnace in my home I called them at 4am Sunday morning, I was surprised Trey answered the phone He was at my home around 9am, And had the new furnace installed and running by the end of the day, They also moved my hot water heater and took out a old water softener not needed. I highly recommend Best Comfort, I'm extremely happy with the work they did.

I couldn't be happier with my service. If i could give more stars, I would. I dealt with Trey who was friendly, knowledgeable, and just in general a great guy. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Trey is a genuine and great person. Very very pleasant experience. Will be using in future 100%!

Trey and team were at the house the same night I called when my AC went out (I call at 9pm). They quickly assessed the issue and offered multiple pricing options to fix the issue. the team came back the next day to install. I had my ac back on within 24 hours of it going out. I do not normally provide reviews, but wanted to in this case..... due to the great customer service. Would recommend to friends and family.

Trey was amazing! Heat went out at 2 am in -11 degree weather. He tried talking me through the problem after just getting home from his long shift. After realizing we couldn’t fix it, he made an hour drive to come look at it at 4 in the morning. He realized right away our furnace was dead, ordered it for us right away, and we had an installer at our house by 11 am. The installer was great as well. Made sure to leave no mess and had great taste in music as he worked lol. Appreciate all of their help and appreciated they actually answer the phone 24/7. A lot of companies advertise this but then don’t answer or don’t call back until the morning.

My furnace quit working over the weekend and did not have to work on Monday. I found Best Comfort Heating and Cooling through a Google Search, and saw all of the great reviews, so I called them. Josh came out later that afternoon and quickly assessed the problem. After an attempt to fix it, he immediately told me of another concern. He was honest with me when he said my furnace was going to be a money pit due to its age (around 20 years old). He recommended that I get a new unit.
Although I was not prepared to hear this, I knew he was right. In planning the install of the new furnace, Josh was very accommodating to my work schedule. He arrived right at the scheduled time. Josh and Chris worked quickly with minimal noise/disturbance as they installed my new furnace. It was a rainy and muddy day which was tracked into the room where the furnace was. Josh asked for a broom and dust pan, then proceeded to sweep up the dirt/mud that had been tracked in. He then took the time to show me my new unit, where the filter is located, and how to change it.
All I can say is that this was the best service I have received!! I will continue to use them for my heating/cooling needs in the future!

We were freezing in the dead of winter, we found Best Comfort heating and cooling and read the great reviews. Gave them a call and within hours we had somebody out here. We had a great guy named Trey come out and explain everything to us, unfortunately we needed our furnace replaced. He made sure we made the right choice for us, not only for good quality but something we could reasonably afford. He was unavailable for the install but we had two other men that came out and had us toasty warm after only a two hour installation. We would definitely recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. Thanks again BEST COMFORT. : )

I choose this company based on the excellent rating. I was skeptical what company gets all 5's. I have to say I also give this company 5 stars. In the busy summer Trey called me within 20 minutes just to say he got my message. He called again find out what my problem was. It was already after 5 when I realized I needed help. I did not think he could come that night. He was on his way to another call. He was here the next morning. He has been wonderful. Fixed an easy problem and price was not terrible. I recommend him to anyone.

Brian Lain and Dan Bade did amazing work on installing heater and A/C. They are extremely talented and friendly. We highly recommend them. The type of service they do is over and beyond the call of duty. This type of customer service is no longer found today. It is nice to know people like them still exist today. We are very pleased with their work.

Trey came out the same day, within an hour or so, and repaired the problems we were having with our furnace. The furnace has been working wonderfully since repaired.
He was very friendly and informative regarding furnace and heating questions.
He spent time answering all of the questions we had.
Would definitely use Best Comfort again in the future, should we have any heating or cooling problems.
Highly recommended!
