There are so many things about this company that are amazing that I don't know where to start. Our AC blew during the 90 degree weather and Gerry came out the next day and did a full inspection. He gave us the options and we ended up going with a complete furnace and AC replacement which they were able to do a few days later. What impressed me was the time he spent going over the choices for each individual part so that I understood what I was paying for. The installation was done by family which is another bonus and they all had wonderful work ethic and personalities. I couldn't recommend them more!!!

Came home from work tonight (Tuesday evening) and air was out...called Gerry at 6:00 pm and he was here by 6:40. Repaired it and was gone by 7:00. Capacitor was under warranty so only a small service charge was required. That is great service and I would highly recommend them.

15% over quote with no explanation. Removed my humidifier and threw it away with no explanation. When confronted about both issues I was told first they did extras that he admitted weren’t necessary (didn’t ask for any and wasn’t told of any until confronted), then they had overages (never told of any), then the quote was just an “estimate” then the “estimate” was magically higher than originally quoted, etc. Gerry graciously sent me a “free” humidifier after throwing mine away.
I think the project was too big for them and I ended up soaking up the error in costs. I never would have had the work done at the final bill price.

I honestly can not say enough good things about Fahrenheit 24 and Geraldo (Gerry). From my initial phone call to set up my appointment, to him arriving on time and doing amazing and honest work. He explained everything to me in detail and consulted with me before doing any repair work. His work is very spot on and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experiences. Furthermore, that’s why Fahrenheit 24 is my only choice for HVAC and water heater service/install.

I had Gerry and his company come out yesterday and install heat, air and new water heater. Wow, all i can say is you get expert ,quality work. They are a family run company. Thats very important to me. I would absolutely recommend ! Gerry give his quote and thats what he sticks to, no add ons like other do.

The company was absolutely super professional and honest from the start the person name was Gerardo and the honesty was what I respected the most thank you Gerardo. I already recommended him to few of my associates for jobs.
