We had to have our old Ac and furnace replaced and after a few recommendations to this place. I called them and the the technician showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and honest about what was going on. I was impressed and felt comfortable giving him the job. We are extremely pleased with the work that the crew did. They were super knowledgeable, friendly and true professionals. Thank you so much, you guys are awesome!

Randall's Heating & Cooling is my go-to contractor for all HVAC, needs. I have used them on two personal properties, one rental property, and referred them to many of my real estate clients. They are extremely professional, competitively priced, and if they make a mistake, they'll fix it, no questions asked. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.

Great experience from Randall's Heating & Cooling serviced the ductless AC units at our community pool yesterday. He even took out the filters and hand washed them; 1st time that has been done. Would definitely hire them again.

Randall's Heating & Cooling picked up the phone right away and was able to schedule an evening appointment the next day, which is much different than what I have experienced at other HVAC places. Alex showed up today to service our air conditioning unit. He also solved a number of problems with it. Our unit is very old and in the past someone else had messed up with it. He got everything back very quickly and his charges were very fair. He was very polite and friendly.I would definitely recommend them.

I have had other companies work on my AC system before but Randall's Heating & Cooling stood above them. Their work quality, customer service and pricing cannot be compared.I would definitely use them for all my heating and cooling needs.

This was a complete scam. They charge 100 just to look at it and it doesn’t go towards repairs and they charge me $200 on top of that to fix my furnace for an hour then it went out again. Poor work and terrible value. I would never ever recommend. I would go to terrible 4 seasons as it’s a value to these guys who are looking to take advantage of people in distress

I had 3 appointments with Randall's Heating and Cooling and each time no one contacted me to inform me the service provider would be unable to make the appointment. When I called to inquire about each of the appointments, I was told someone was finishing up another job and would be there shortly. When I called after the third missed appointment and zero communication about the reasons why for the no-show, I insisted on speaking with a manager. I was told the manager would call me within 24 hours. I never received a call from the manager. This company clearly does not value customer time or communication - internally within their company or externally with the client. I am severely disappointed and would not recommend this company.
