I was having trouble with my Nest thermostat and did some research and found that Randall's Heating & Cooling. The technology turned out to be very good and they added the wires I needed to the thermostat. They did a great job rerouting my humidifier wiring and keeping things looking good. I appreciate the excellent service

Called today to get my furnace cleaned and checked before cold weather. Person who answered the phone refused to give even a ballpark estimate or usual price. After asking several times, she said it was $250 just for the technician to show up at the house. And as I understood, other charges would be added. Called two other companies, both quoted $130, made an appointment for this week with one. What's up at Randall's?

When we moved into a new house we realized that the furnace couldn't turn on. We contacted Randall's Heating & Cooling and they promptly responded by sending Noel to help us out. Noel diagnosed the problem, did the repair and explained how the system works. Randall's Heating & Cooling came through for us. We really appreciate and highly recommend them.

Noel from Randall's Heating & Cooling was by far the most professional, concise and easy technician to work with. He did the job on time and on budget with no complaints. He made sure everything went on according to the plan we had laid out and all aspects of the job were done to code. His quote was least expensive but the service was great.

We were out all day on Saturday only to come home and discover the sauna awaiting us at home. We called early Sunday morning and Kim from Randall's Heating & Cooling came out and fixed our a/c without charging the exorbitant weekend fees that other companies charge. He even showed up close to an hour earlier than we were quoted when we called!

Great service. Very knowledgeable tech. Diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly than I had anticipated! Price was beyond reasonable as well. Will only continue calling them with AC or Heating problems!
