No matter the challenges, they are responsive, and professional and bring both expertise and creative problem-solving to the table. I will never use anyone else in Chicago for HVAC work!

They had excellent communication and prompt service. They setup an immediate appointment and said it the work will last for only 3 hours. They sent two techs who arrived within one hour as promised. The technician was very professional. He showed up within the specified timeframe and did a very thorough job. We had a vent cleaning but he also showed us what else needed to be done to maintain our AC without trying to “sell us” I would recommend Minutes Emergency Heating and Air company.

Used them twice, they showed up on time and charged a very reasonable fee and fixed problem quickly. They know what they are doing! Called labor day weekend. They showed up that same day, very friendly employees. They did have to come back later that week for issue that I would have hoped they found on first visit but worked with us on the fees.
