Randall's Heating & Cooling

I called Randall's Heating & Cooling to have them look at our unit. Josh came out to the house for the service call. He looked the unit over and found that our capacitor was bad. He showed me it as being bad with his volt meter. Turns we have a Freon leak. I liked the honesty Josh displayed and his strive to keep me a happy customer. I highly recommend this company.

I have a good relationship with Randall's Heating & Cooling. I am in their maintenance program which includes 2 annual system checks. I’m very pleased with them. Also, the new HVAC system they installed is great, and the overall installation and customer service was excellent.Very happy with the technicians who installed and very satisfied with the work. I would definitely recommend them!.

James came over today to look at our air conditioner because it wasn't quite cold enough. He was so punctual that he arrived home before me! After having to enter the crawl space, he was extremely helpful and respectful, wearing a mask the entire time and taking care not to dirty the carpets. I would strongly recommend these people!

Randall's Heating & Cooling installed a new energy efficient furnace, AC, water tank, humidifier and smart thermostat. They were extremely courteous and diligent. The entire job took only 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me a thorough walk-through to ensure I was satisfied and comfortable with my new equipment. I was very impressed with the commitment to high quality work, in addition to finishing on time, even working through the hottest day in over 40 years. We had a very large project, with three AC units and two furnaces needing replacement I will continue to use Randall's Heating & Cooling for all my HVAC needs, as they are extremely trustworthy and reliable.

Have an older Boiler unit that's still running strong thanks to Randall's Heating & Cooling knowledgeable and professional technician. While the unit was crammed in next to the water heater, Josh did a great job as a contortionist in order to complete the maintenance on my Boiler. Really appreciate the great job he did.

Stellar job! Jose did a great job explaining what the issue was with our old A/C and provided us several options without being pushy. His crew did a great job installing our new A/C system. They were on time, very nice and did a good job explaining what they were doing. Great experience.

This company has been my go to for the past few years. They have installed a newer HVAC system in my newly renovated home. The maintenance staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Prices are fair too. I would highly recommend them.
