I called for an appointment and someone came the same day. The technician was so knowledgeable and friendly. I will always call them for my AC needs.

I have used Randall's Heating & Cooling for many times and have been delighted with the excellent routine maintenance as well as their prompt response to emergencies. Their technicians and office are uniformly helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional. Their annual maintenance plan has been an excellent value.

Our Whole HVAC system had gone out and Randall's Heating & Cooling responded. After some further diagnostic testing the tech found a component in the outside unit shorted out due to a bug getting into it. He replaced the component and we were up and running again. He was professional, courteous, and honest. H

Wow! Finally, a trustworthy person phoned them right away, and within hours, they had a response and a technician on the scene. Finding trustworthy businesses to come out is such a problem for me because I run a restaurant. I strongly recommend these people. Excellent personnel and work.

I’ve had some trouble with my furnace and wanted to consult a reputable local HVAC company. Randall’s sent a technician to clean it, and suggested a part needed to be replaced. My spouse and I were willing to pay another $120 (before labor) for a technician to come out again with the necessary parts and tools. On three occasions this last week, we scheduled an appointment with Randall’s and waited at home for hours for the technician to arrive. Each time we called for an update, the staff members promised to call the technician and we were left waiting even longer. They were unconcerned and unapologetic. I don’t think I’d want such a company doing work on my appliances anyway, so maybe we got lucky!

The team at Randall's Heating & Cooling was wonderful. When we first called, they tried to coach us through the fix on our own which would have saved us money. We were unsuccessful in doing it by ourselves, and they happily came out and fixed the AC unit perfectly. They are wonderful and we will be using them regularly. Josh was very nice to work with.

My repair technician Alex was extraordinary. We were given a courtesy call just before and when he came. He showed up on time, then quickly found and repaired the issue. He also politely responded to all questions. I highly recommend Randall's Heating & Cooling!!

Professionals, experts, in time and prompt to an emergency call is what I would describe Randall's Heating & Cooling team! They came to fix our busted furnace and explained clearly about the problem and were very thorough with the work. More to that, they gave me a huge discount on their service charges! I would definitely recommend them.

Great Company and Great service. This company has come out a couple times for us on an emergency basis during the heat and we have been really satisfied with their services. Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They always come on time within their scheduled time window, and gets the job done in an efficient manner. Cost is fair and they are honest and upfront about it - and they even gave us options and suggestions on how to maximize what we are paying for. Highly recommended.
