PRICE GOUGING!!! I scheduled an assessment yesterday, was told that it was 79 dollars, tech arrived stated that his hands got too cold and that he would have to leave, proceeded to tell me that he would have another tech come out, fine, I understand. The tech that called me stated that the assessment fee was actually 500 dollars, I called the office to see what was going on and the guy who answered had no idea what was going on. An assessment fee of 500 dollars vs 79 is wildly different.
I needed a new furnace and my friend recommended this company. Everything went smoothly during the installation and I’m very satisfied with the job that was done. Highly recommend this company.
Professional. Josh called and indicated the time he would arrive. He arrived at that time. He explained his findings in an direct way and supported his findings with actual visuals. He also pointed out other items not related to his field and made suggestions. I would use Randall's Heating & Cooling again.
Concerned that almost all the 5 star reviews have only 1 or 2 reviews EVER written by that person. Makes it seem like they are having staff write phoney reviews. So I went straight to the 1 star reviews. 1 lady said they told her 75 bucks to come out, well I was just quoted 125 dollars. Then she said I could pay 149 and enter a 1 year contract which would get me a 10% discount on parts and labor for a period of 1 year. So thats when I checked reviews, so disappointing when they fake reviews, because they always give themselves 5 stars, dumb. Then the other reviews are 1 star what no one gives a 3 or 4 really?
I have had my AC unit checked twice for different problems. Both times were on the weekend and one was very late at night. The technicians who came on both occasions were very pleasant and got my system up and running. I would definitely recommend them.
We set up an appointment window the day before for them to come in and repair our AC system. The appointment window was 9:00 am- noon. At 11:30 am the day of the appointment no one had called yet, so I gave them the first call to follow up on. They said they had 2 clients before us and then the technician would have been over to our place. At 2:30 pm we were still waiting and no one had called us. So I called back and I was told that they were going to check and would have called me back. Past 5:00 pm they called and asked us if we still wanted to tech to come over and I said yes as at that point I wasn’t going to get anyone else to be able to come. Lastly at 7 pm they called to ask if we wanted to reschedule the service for the following day. They kept us waiting ALL day and never showed up. Horrible customer service. Will never called them again and wouldn’t recommend. Plus they charge an outrageous amount of money just for getting the tech out to your place.
They provided an excellent service my heating unit stopped working and the agent knew exactly what to do to fix the issue. He had it back up and running in no time. I highly recommend
