The technician Dan was very professional and courteous, explained everything and showed us what he was doing. He worked fast to get our A/C running. He was very dedicated to completing the job. This company should use Dan as an example when looking to hire. He went above and beyond working in the pouring rain. Excellent job!

Mateo Heating And Air Conditioning Co. came out because our humidifier attached to the air handler was not working. Tech was polite and very knowledgeable and identified a problem with the wiring, as well as a bad solenoid. He explained things clearly and demonstrated a test of the solenoid. I was extremely happy with the outcome. I have used Mateo Heating And Air Conditioning Co. in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

The technician was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about the job he was doing. He explained what he was doing in detail before starting the work. He also gave me a follow-up call after completing the work so that I could check if everything was fine with my heating system. Overall, I am really satisfied with this company's services!

Very disappointed by this company and do not recommend it. I'm in the maintenance managerial field and had a technician quote me for an inducer blower replacement for over $900. In my experience I've never paid more than $300 for a replacement. So I did some research and found and OEM replacement for $250. Needles to say, this company is practicing bad business ethics if they are going to mark up their work like this.

We had our ducts cleaned today by Mateo Heating And Air Conditioning Co. and they were extremely professional, explained the process every step of the way, and updated us throughout the process with before and after photos a few times while they were working. Great service at a good price, the technician was friendly and personable. He was able to get all of the pet stains out of my apartment. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be hiring them again in the future.

He is always so friendly, and he does a great job. I don't know how he does it, but he always finds a way to fix my problems in the heat of the moment. I just want to thank him for all his hard work!
