Our heater stopped working at a very inconvenient time, but they were able to fit us in their schedule and get it up and running again quickly. I thought the price was fair, and they were very professional. Would definitely use them again in the future.

These guys at Decker Heating & Air Conditioning were great. Much less expensive than 3 other competitors' prices and they did a great job. They also repaired my old AC unit, in the middle of the heat wave, so we stayed cool while waiting the 1 week lead time to get the new AC and heat units installed. Decker Heating & Air Conditioning team are very professional. They installed heater on schedule, were very meticulous and clean when doing cuts on the ceiling and getting in and out of attic. They were also very transparent about the specifications and quality and cost. We had a multi-stage project to install heater in winter and A/C in Summer and are very happy with their service. After owning a Trane system which was installed in August 1995 and still operational when it was replaced Dec 2019, i was convinced to call Trane for replacement quote. They scheduled Decker Heating & Air Conditioning to assess my needs for a new unit and provide a quote. I did get many quotes prior and they were neither the highest nor lowest. You could tell they wanted You to have a good experience from the start. The installation was a all day job but they were prompt and kept me informed during the entire process. The installers were polite, professional, neat and thorough. I would strongly recommend them any day, if you any HVAC projects.

Joe from Decker Heating & Air Conditioning came out to provide a quote on our broken furnace. I was very happy with Joe's explanation on the different options available for me to choose and he help provide pros/cons for each option. I chose the mid-price option and he got to work. Two hours and a half later, my furnace is fixed and performing incredibly. I could not be happier! I would recommend highly.
