I moved into a townhouse that had a mold issue and the air duct system that needed a serious cleaning. The technician and his team came out and went above and beyond the call of duty. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about the air quality for myself and my young daughter. I can't say enough good things about this company. They left my home clean and smelling awesome. Highly recommended for air duct cleaning !!!!!

We have to hand it to Chris, called him at 8 AM on a Saturday morning, and he was here at 9:30, as promised. We had a sewer issue, water backing up in the showers. He was thorough and solved our issue. No overcharge because it was the weekend. Would recommend him in a heartbeat to my best friend.

Lois came out and was very professional! He diagnosed the problem and educated us on how to prevent future problems with our heating system. He also gave us reasonable options on how to fix our system and kept the cost down and he fixed our heat real quick.Thank you!!

Decker Heating & Air Conditioning of Atascocita has so little faith in their techs, equipment & work they will not stand by it for 3 months.

In February of 2022, I had a NEW blower motor and NEW control module installed and while they worked for 3 months, they have now failed and I have the same problem I initially called them for, my HVAC will turn on, but the air does not circulate. When I call Decker Heating & Air, I can only get through to a call center where I sit on hold for extended periods only to be told they will have someone call me back. The call center insists they do not warranty their work and if you do not call in 1 month, you must pay for a new service fee, labor & equipment. I have been told I am “incapable of understanding the situation” and that I should pay for their membership plan so I can get a discount.

They will not fix the brand-new equipment, they will not warranty their work, and will not stand by their “100% satisfaction guarantee” that is printed on their receipts & emails.

I called them to come check Freon levels in one of my ACs and check the overall condition of the system. They quoted me a $99 service fee to come out and look to which I agreed to. Later that day when the HVAC tech came out he checked the system and found no major issues but recommended I replace the whole system because it was a little older. When it came time to pay him, he asked me what I thought a fair price was for his 30 min of work. I told him they quoted me $100 over the phone and he said that was low. He said it was going to be $150 even though he literally did nothing but check Freon levels and air temp coming out of my vents. I told him to get the office on the phone so I could talk to the guy I had just spoken to earlier. He called the office guy and told him “his fee” was $150. Guy at the office just said ok and then proceeded to add tax to it and charge my card the $160ish.
The tech was obviously a third party and not at all professional. Its day two and I still haven’t gotten the service report either.

Decker Heating & Air Conditioning techs are always prompt and friendly. They take care in being thorough and explaining any issues they encounter. The office is proactive in scheduling maintenance visits and they have updated their systems with text appointment confirmations and paperless invoicing.

Decker Heating & Air Conditioning installed a high efficiency furnace AC system at my home that replaced an outdated undersized unit. I can’t say enough about their knowledge of the system and their professionalism. Don’t call anyone else! They gave me a great deal on this system and they stand behind all of their work!
