Our AC unit quit mid-afternoon. It was 111 degrees out. I called Conway Heating & Cooling and they had a technician out here within the hour. Tech was very knowledgeable and had the unit running great. I highly recommend Conway Heating & Cooling.

Scam! They charged me $159 for service and nobody has called or showed up for 2 scheduled appointments now.

From the very beginning they were extremely responsive and were able to get someone out immediately for a quote, and then very quickly for installation. We had some issues with my HOA but Conway Heating & Cooling was instrumental in helping to support and assist in helping navigate that quickly. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs.

The team was great. Kept me posted on installation time, was very professional, and completed a ton of work in under 5 hours. I had air duct work, repair of a heating system issue, and three new toilets installed in my new home. It was great working with him. I worked with Conway to replace an end-of-life furnace and AC unit.
I was very impressed with their expertise and quality of work. They took the time to understand the original installation and explained the work required. This gave me a lot of confidence in decision making and made me trust the outcome would be what I expected. They also found the optimal solution to run the exhaust pipes as to avoid ceiling cutouts and other undesired modifications. The result was that no space was wasted in the room and the furnace is neatly and inconspicuously tucked in the corner. The attention to detail is evident, the space looks better organized than before, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. I would recommend them any day!

Conway Heating & Cooling did an excellent job on our AC installation. They were professional, dedicated and did a great job on the install. Even more important, they were extremely patient with my 6 year old who followed them around and asked questions about everything they were doing. I'm pretty sure my son now wants to be an HVAC tech when he grows up. Overall, I am very pleased with my install and will recommend them to friends and family.

Conway Heating & Cooling team came after my furnace stopped working they diagnosed the problem while they were there, had me a price to fix it and a day scheduled to come fix it all before they left. The technicians showed up to do the install on time and knocked it out. They were friendly and polite. They cleaned the areas they were working so well I felt like I needed to clean the rest of the house once they were finished it looked better then when they got here. Jeff explained all the features and functionality clearly and politely. It's companies like these that make me a lifetime customer.

Our air conditioning stopped working last Friday night. Started calling companies next day morning. Conway Heating & Cooling last minute and they had someone out within the hour. Conway Heating & Cooling provided excellent service today. The techs provided a thorough maintenance check up for our furnace and AC.
