Experts arrived on time and began working, taking out the old unit and putting in the new. They did a meticulous job and so committed, answering any questions. When the job was done they cleaned up all areas. I would endorse Conway Heating & Cooling to anyone needing a new unit or service for existing unit!!

My furnace broke down on a cold Saturday morning and I had to look for tech since I had a small kid. My next door neighbor referred Conway Heating & Cooling and I decided to give them a try. They sent a sespecialist who arrived and sorted the issue. Turned out the filters were dirty and clogged. Thanks to you Greg for your timely help!!

The two technicians from this company professionally installed my new hot water tank. They were friendly and professional and they did a good job. My new tank operates efficiently, would recommend them. Superb!!

Excellent guys. My air conditioning was not functioning and instead of going through a whole inspection. They started with the minor causes and found that a clogged filter was the reason. After giving some great proposals on how to maintain my system, they were on their way out. Thumbs up!!

Do not hire this company! They have no idea what they are doing, they charged me $350 to replace a part that did not need replacement. My heater still does not work. The manager is non existent, his employees claim they have no way to contact him besides “emails” they did nothing but take my money and have ignored all my calls to have someone come out and fix the problem. currently in the process of filing a small claims lawsuit to get my money back. Stay away!

Ben gave me a quote for a replacement of our upstairs heat system. He provided possibilities and pricing. This was all done quickly and efficiently from our home enabling me to make an informed decision and schedule the new install. Highly recommended.

Calton was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all my questions and concerns and performed the service perfectly! He was very friendly and personable, so nice to deal with someone who seems to really care about what he is doing. No issues, very pleased.

Calton came early the next day, which was the only time I could have him out this week when my AC went out.Replaced the capacitor and changed my furnace filters in less than 15 minutes and did not try to up ell me for anything I didn't need.Highly recommended.
