Decker Heating & Air Conditioning

I am very happy with the service provided! Decker Heating & Air Conditioning were also willing to wear masks as I requested, and wore shoe covers in the house.

Their phone number has not worked the last few weeks. They are fraudulently using the address for Absolute Necessities Day Spa in Menomonee Falls. We've tried to reach out multiple times because we have some of their mail with no response.

Decker Heating & Air Conditioning were awesome. I've never dealt with an AC company that takes care of the customers like these guys. They were punctual, and professional. They fixed my AC on the same day I called Benny even gave me a few pointers on how to cool my house better. Thank you for the great service Decker!!

They claim to be a company located in Menomonee Falls, but they are not. It's a scheduling company out of Illinois. Check out to google maps of the address. No facilities. No shop. No offices. Claims they are moving, and will re-open "once the government approves". At best, they can schedule services once they get a slot from the local repair shops, who actually do the work.

Tremendous experience with Decker Heating & Air Conditioning. Joe came out and quickly diagnosed the issue with one of my A/C Units. He was very knowledgeable and answered any additional questions I had. They really knows how to provide Customer Service and their communication was great. Wow!!
