Nautilus Heating and Cooling

Joe and Noel from Nautilus Heating and Cooling arrived to perform tune-up on my furnace. They did inform me that I had some major issues that needed to be corrected. I talked with Joe and came to the conclusion that I needed a new furnace. Got the package deal. They were very good at the installation and explained everything that I needed to know.Highly recommended.

Thank you to Alex who went above and beyond to inspect, repair, my heater and cleanup afterwards. Kindness, knowledge and little extras mean a lot. They saved me a lot. I am really impressed.I highly recommend.

Called 3 times, person on phone was very rude, I asked if he can repair today and if I can receive a price estimate. After I described my problem the person on the phone would hang up. Every time I called back they would hang up on me without explanation. It was the same receptionist every time as well. I wouldn’t ever trust anyone this rude and poor customer service to treat their customers right.

Definitely would never recommend this place Stay Away!!
