I called Heroair to service my 5 years old boiler. Dvlad was very professional and most importantly was very honest with the repair. He was able to diagnosis and repair my boiler within 30minutes. He clearly explained the repair process. I later use him to do maintenance on my HVAC system as well. I am very happy with Heroair for their honest and reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Heroair for their work. Definitely would use this service again.

Our AC stopped cooling in our second story last week on the 100 degree day here in Chicago. My wife booked Hero Air after a little bit of a runaround from one of the other big companies. Long story short, Vladimir from Hero Air was there when he said he would be after booking with him, he diagnosed the problem within an hour, and explained clearly what repair was needed. He provided me the estimate and it was reasonable given what he explained was involved. He said it was a 4 hour job, and that he would have to complete the repair the next day due to having other appointments that day. Vladimir called soon after he left confirming he could get the part and start the next morning. The next day he showed up right when he said he would, he started the repair process and finished when he said he would. He was then able to peform maintenance on our first floor furnace and AC unit as I asked about the day before. He surfaced a few other problems that he remediated along the way. At the end of the day, our second floor unit is back up and running and we're ready for the many hot and humid days ahead this summer. I had a good experience and I have a high degree of confidence in Vladimir, so I plan to have him back in the fall for maintenance and rerunning our furnace exhaust.

I've been happily using Hero Air for a few years now. over that time they've done a bunch for me, including installed a new whole-house humidifier, repaired my HVAC, installed a new Nest thermostat, and moved my AC unit.

The furnace that had been in my condo when I moved in finally gave out. I had Hero Air come in to replace it with a new furnace. They provided a couple options - I picked one and they installed it. It came included with a warranty. And then recently I had a gas leak in my house. I had thought that it might have something to do with the furnace so I called Hero Air. They recommended that I reach out to People's Gas to check for leaks. As it turned out the leak was actually in my fireplace. However, throughout the whole process Hero Air kept checking in to make sure everything was ok and actually came out to double check that there was no issue with my furnace after the fireplace leak was fixed. Really excellent service. Thank you Hero Air!

I'm so glad I chose Hero Air! I contacted Vladimir based on his excellent reviews, and wasn't disappointed. Although I thought my A/C system was low on refrigerant (and it was) it turned out that there were more extensive problems with the system. He talked me through my various options and the +'s and -'s of each. Since I decided that replacing the system was my best option (although it was of course the most expensive), he gave me a nice discount. Although he was under the weather when he had planned to do the work, he was able to bring in another competent professional to help him complete the job quickly. Highly recommended!

Vladimir was great! The reviews match what he delivers. Installed a brand new system at my parents house which runs perfectly and then asked him to come over to my condo to check out the AC after it started making a noise. He checked it and gave me great advice to keep it running a little longer. A+

I had 5 technicians come out and give me quotes on a new furnace because mine was not working well and needs replacement. Vladimir from Hero came out and was the only technician to take a better look at my furnace and solved a simple problem to get it working normal again. Instead of right away selling me on his product like everyone else did, he took the time to explain to me what a simple fix could do.
