I’m very satisfied with work that was done on my AC. Technician Iggy did a great job fixing the problem and explaining it. Carlos is very nice and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs help with AC. There is a very good system in place to communicate with clients via text, phone or email.

My wife and I had used a local A/C company with good relations for sometime. Recently one of our mini split A/C's developed a coolant leak and with that our relationship soured. We were informed that (after $500 of added refrigerant) that they wouldn't repair or service the A/C because (Pioneer) was an off brand, they didn't sell them, and parts were hard to get, blah, blah. But, they would happily install a completely new A/C system in its place!!
I contacted Pioneer (who has excellent support), located the needed replacement part and asked if they could recommend a firm to replace it. They gave me Superhero's number. I called and Carlos returned my call within 5 min. He ordered the part from Pioneer and we scheduled an installation, which, it turned out would be a day earlier in the week than previously planned.
Emilio and Jonathan (technicians) arrived a day early to install and repair the necessary parts. Both were pleasant, professional, and conducted their work with efficiency and diligence. Our experience was an excellent one from start to finish and we have found a new company for all of our service needs.

Called several ac companies in the west palm beach area, some don’t even service mini splits, and others were just not very helpful or responsive. Carlos, the owner, called me and spoke with me for several minutes to get an understanding of my issue. His techs came out quickly and within the specified time frame. I contacted Carlos after seeing an ad posted on a social media site. He returned my call immediately and followed up the next day to meet my a/c requirements.
I needed an evaluation of problem with a/c and quotes. He also contacted the a/c manufacturer for details on my current unit.

I’m thankful for people like Carlos in South Florida. The other 3 companies were not even friendly and never returned my voice mail messages. These guys are great! After communicating with (and getting quotes) from multiple other firms we called AirSuperHero. Such a pleasure to work with Carlos and Alfonso at the time. Not only was their quote very competitive but they were so much more professional than the others.
