I had a somewhat unusual project: adding a toilet to a laundry room and repositioning the water heater. Hi-Tech did an excellent job for a fair price with minimal disruption to my house. Everything turned out extremely well. We had most of the work done by Rawley and Leo, with Phil finishing things up. All were very friendly, professional and skilled. I was very pleased with the end result and would definitely use them again.

My experience with this company is limited, as it is at the very beginning of my project. The tech person I'm working with is Chase, a knowledgeable young man, professional, and good at explaining each aspect of my concerns without rushing. I am glad to have found a company that cares about the customer's experience. I am anticipating good work on this project by Chase, and perhaps will use them for other needs I may have in the future.

I was in the process of having the Kitchen cabinets re-faced and upon removal of the kitchen sink it was discovered that the water shut off valves were completely seize and the only way to remove the sink was to turn the water of to the entire condo. It was concerning thinking I would be without water for more than a day and made a call to Hi-Tech Plumbing and Air and explained the situation. They were able to fit me in and the repairs were done later that day. Michael the technician that performed the repairs was great. Explained what needed to be done approximately how long it would take. I am happy with the repairs and fast turn-around.

Philip was amazing and extremely professional and handled my issue in minutes. Explain what he was going to do and then completed the task in a neat and timely manner.

Pablo was excellent in his work and his demeanor. He was competent, detailed and interested in doing a good job for me in my condo. He coordinated his work with the crew working for my association so the end result would work for me.

Michael was the technician and he was on time and incredibly helpful. He made sure everything was running and I think he triple checked his work to make sure I wouldn’t have any possible issues in the future. I liked the fact that he gave me upfront pricing and continually updated me on what he was doing. Amazing service!

I have never left a bad review on a company until now. This company is a scam. They advertise same day service and sent a person not even qualified to do the work. Gave a quote that was far above market rate (found out later) and gave a pitch that if we add $199 it will save you 15% on all future work. Well truth be told, they can offer 15% discount because they are charging 100% more then most other companies. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before falling for this companies scam. I paid $861 for my job and later received two other quotes for under $450.

This company is the worst company I’ve used to date. We called them 3 weeks ago as the bath water in our master bedroom was not constantly hot, it would get tepid for a few seconds and then go back to hot again. They came and said they needed to do a system maintenance, after he did that he realised it made no difference so said we needed to order a new bypass valve that would come in a few days, then he left and that evening when wanting to take a shower there was basically no more hot water at all. The next day the same technician came back and put back the system as it was realising he had made a mistake, no apologies whatsoever. Then finally 3 weeks later they came to install the bypass valve, the same technician which from the beginning seems completely clueless as to what he is supposed to do. They left and now the heater is causing an electrical issue by tripping the fuse. Every single time they have come they have made our situation worse, charged us nearly $700 and we are now dealing with more issues than when we started. Stay away from this company.

We’ve used Hi Tech recently for both plumbing and electrical services. Both were done professionally, efficiently, and courteously. They have an impressive and very welcome process to schedule and follow up on appointments. Manny, the electrician, communicates clearly and knows his stuff.
