Excellent service! Communication is great! Responded on Memorial Day and was at the house at 7AM to access and fix the problem. Arrived with face mask, booties and maintained social distance! Turned out to be a fried circuit board. Replaced the board later that afternoon! Fair price and excellent work! Highly recommend Hero Air!

Confirmed the appointment the say before. On time, friendly, and honest. I would definitely recommend Hero Air. There was a small issue after my appointment and I emailed to let them know - it was the Sunday of 4th of July weekend and I didn’t anticipate hearing back until Tuesday. He called 10 minutes later and came by to fixed it that same day.
