I don't know any other service that is better. They got my refund back at least part of it in no time. This is the second or third time I use them and they get things done. I had a refund coming back from car extended warranty and spent months trying to get them to listen. They kept lying telling me the check is in the mail. So I got tired and in a few days of putting my complaint. I received partial refund which is better than nothing. So I would tell anyone to place their complaint with BBB if they want to get results.

The BBB strong arms you as a small business to sign up with them and when you do not sign up all of sudden you start to get bad reviews against you. Who made them the Business Police. Why can you not file a complaint against them I can not afford to give them $1000.00 to be a member. If they are there to help the public they should not charge us so they can let people write nasty things about us! I will take my chances with my great customer services and great products.

I have used BBB several times in the past. They have helped in solving my disputes with a welcoming resolve. The representatives, thus far have shown real knowledge on helping businesses stay on the straight and narrow when it comes to providing the service and keeping it in line with good business ethics. I recommend them to anyone having a situation with any business. They prove that you don't have to go into, and resolve the matter alone.

I live in McHenry County and tried unsuccessfully to get the College of Lake County to stop sending me their class schedules. I contacted the Better Business Bureau with my complaint and with their help and guidance, the College finally figured out why I was receiving these Class Schedules and took steps to stop sending me the schedules. If it weren't for the BBB, I would still be receiving them. I have contacted the BBB for other issues regarding unwanted mail and again the BBB was able to have those mailings stop. I am very impressed with the people at the BBB and have told others with problems to contact them. The BBB gets results!

First time I have a meeting with a consultant about How begin a business. The answer was...go get profesional degree and came back.
Second time I pay $50.00 dollar for a IT security for business... YouTube videos doing a lot better That them!
Third time I call them in regards a business scam just they handle off and ignore the issue; when I call back no body answer. Obviously they got my number and name because they have caller ID inf.
For me this place is angry for protagonist and take advantage for the ones who really work. I congratulate them because the structure really have a good show.

Day 1: Filed a complain on line to BBB about a company that won't give me refund nor credit on a coupon I bought. Company insisted I have to use my coupon.
Day 2: Company concerned sent me an email that I will be getting a credit. Checked my account and they are right. I got full credit.
That was quick! Thank you so much BBB for your help.

Great experience and I have used them on more then one occasion. The first time with a moving company that did not want to reimburse us for the damage they did to our furniture. Another time when our new subdivision Builder apparently got some good deal which we were unaware of on water heaters. Come to find out later they were defective. The builder did not want to replace but instead would only provide the part that was defective and we would have to pay for the labor which is the most expensive portion. After a year of replacing the same part, we got the BBB involved and we received a new water heater free of charge including labor.

As a consumer, BBB offers a unique and valuable method to communicate with businesses. I always try to contact a company's customer support, but if I end up getting hung up on, treated badly, abused, or have a case that's blatantly mismanaged, BBB offers a conduit to discuss my issues with another department that, in my experience, has been more concerned with customer satisfaction. I have never filed a report with the BBB and come out with resolution that was even moderately equivalent to the customer support resolution, BBB has always produced a much more satisfactory resolution. I have heard complaints about the BBB for small companies, but I've always submitted complaints against large global corporations that think the little guy doesn't matter, and it was only through the BBB that I was able to receive proper attention and get a fair resolution.

They were very helpful, I had to call on car One Towing company. They told my car right up the street after an accident the next day they charged me $3,100 to pick up my car. Stay away from those tow trucks complete frauds!!!
