A pillar of Justice in a world of corporate greed, the BBB should always be an institution, doing a better job than most government agencies doing the same thing since forever.

This used to be reputable and could be counted on. Its a useless entity now. Better to complain to the states Attorney General.

A non customer left a review, anonymously, attacking the employees of our company personally. The review clearly states that we never worked for them. When I called the BBB phone number I was told this review was verified as a legitimate customer. I asked for the name of the alleged customer. Was never provided with a name to verify that the reviewer was actually a customer. The BBB will not remove the review or provide me the fake customer name, even though the BBB website says that no fake reviews will be allowed and that reviews not related to the business transaction will be deleted. This is a poor, unfair business practice that does not create a honest marketplace. It hurts small businesses.

A high pressure salesman came to my door. He was throwing around names of my neighbors who use his service. I asked for a business card or brochure but he said he was paperless. His non-stop self promoting was over the top. he was pressuring me to sign a contract on his tablet and begin service later today. I again stated that I would not make a decision at this time and asked for his company phone number. He refused to give it to me yet asked again for me to sign the contract. I closed my front door instead.

Larissa is rude and unpleasant and unprofessional she tried give me a lecture about the better businnessnand referenced it as I work for the better business Bureau she is into her lself I spoke with Denise and she transferred the call to Julia she did not want to help either why are you paying them to work from home ? It just makes them more lazier especially when people are calling in from other states and they're selective and partial in helping them. What kind of non profit Organization is this they all need ro be trained their phone etiquette is horrible and how van you not make them get up and go to the office for at least two times a week? Horrible service I give them 000000- Zero status for horrible service and for not knowing how to talk to people, as well as for their " Nasty attitude " especially Larissa she needs to shut up and listen and be removed in firing her she is non a people person. RuDE is all that she Is to agree with someone over the phone to try and inflict her own person opinion on a person and Julia the so called supervisor agreed they need to put on their listening 👂 ears and keep then on. Never calling this place again. Thank you for nothing!

I think the Better Business Bureau has more insight on businesses it's safe to check Better Business Bureau on the businesses that you wish to check to see if they are really who they say they are and if they're a business that you would wouldn't mind buying from especially if you are consumer you can't trust every Source but the Better Business Bureau in your state is probably the best resource for checking out businesses

I bought a used car from a dealership and signed an arbitration agreement involving the Better Business Bureau as an arbitrator. I had a problem with the car. The sale included prepaid maintenance that the dealership wouldn't honor. I contacted the dealership 4X to resolve. I checked my paperwork and found the arbitration agreement which required working through the BBB. I filed my complaint with the BBB as required and never heard back from them. Basically, the BBB helped the dealership defraud me. Thanks BBB!

A year ago I really do believe "BBB" is here for you and they some how can help grow my business, I started getting calls from India or Pakistan with fake costumers waisted my time to replay or driving to fake estimates,
then later we find out bbb over charge us at payments Vin we call them and ask for explanation they changed us more.
Please do Your self a favor and stay away from BBB.
