Amazing service, No heat in the house on a wintry Sunday, technician Edwin came within an hour and had everything he needed to get it fixed.

All-Temp went out of their way and way above and beyond!!! Our carbon monoxide detector went off at 9:30 pm on a Friday night. All-Temp came out at 10:30 pm to check the furnace and determined we needed a new furnace. Saturday morning at 8:00 am we got a call from the owner, Robbie and his service guys were here by 10:00 am installing a new furnace. We appreciate the prompt, efficient and excellent service!!!!

All Temp installed a hot water heater in my home. There salesman [Rich Jacobs] and installers were very polite, prompt and courteous. They made sure that they cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend All Temp to family and friends.

Camacho was at my home. Never experienced such professional courtesy and also gave me advice not HVAC related so I wouldn't make a unnecessary service call that would cost me. I wish every service provider would look at their customers as people instead of dollar signs. Would use all temp service and recommend everyone who needs HVAC related service to call and ask for Camacho

Was looking to install a mini split system and was recommended by someone else to check these guys out. We set a time to come at 5 to quote me and John sends me a text at 5:27 saying it would be another 38 mins. He didn't end up getting here until around 6:15 and had a women sitting in the passenger seat. As soon as he came in he acted like he didn't even want to be here. We showed him the room and told him what we were looking for and that we didn't need anything flashy or expensive.. He handed us a Mitsubishi catalog and told us he pretty much only deals in Mitsubishi. We again told him we didn't need the stuff he was trying to sell and said he would quote us Carrier and Mitsubishi. We also asked him about the $1350 ComED credit.
The quote comes back a few days later. He quoted us $8,603 before the discount for a Carrier Model 38HMRCQ12AA3 Outdoor unit and a Carrier Model 40MHHQ12---3 wall mount. That's $1,760.76 for the set. So where is the rest of that money going? Lets say Chicago labor is $244 an hour and it takes him 10 hours to do the job. That's $2447. That's only $4207,76. We sent him a text asking for an actual breakdown and another question. He answered the second question only. I sent him another text telling him he didn't answer the first question and he said "You're looking at an internet price, were running a business with associated overhead. Thank you for inviting us to review your situation. Good luck with your project" So it looks like that's $4,395.53 in overhead. (Before the $1350 discount which the company gets back from ComEd) I get needing to make some profit but more than parts and labor combined for profit is excessive.
