All Temp Heating & Air Conditioning - Chicago

I contacted All Temp because I had no heat. The technician they sent was Marvin. He was at my house within an hour of my call. He came out and looked over my system. When he finished checking it over he explained exactly what was going on and what my options were. He even showed me pictures of the crack he found. I need a new furnace and he gave me a great price! Wow! I’ve never had anyone go into such detail about what was wrong.I will be calling them from now on! We talked about replacing my a/c unit too! Thank you Marvin and thank you All Temp! Great company to work with.

We needed a new furnace and AC unit and All Temp provided us great products at a more affordable rate than a competitor. There was a slight issue a few weeks after install and Ed Baharopoulos came the next day and sorted it out quickly and provided great insights when prompted. Everyone works quickly and professionally and we appreciated that this time of year!

Utilized the web site to request someone to come out and check my A/C which wasn't cooling as much as I expected. I received a call from All Temp within a couple of hours of submitting the online request, and they setup a technician (Nikola) to come out that same day. Nikola showed up on time as promised, and immediately began troubleshooting the problem. Quickly determined I needed my system to be charged up with freon(?). He performed the work efficiently, and the end result is my A/C is up and running in fine fashion. The cost was reasonable, and fully explained before the work was accomplished, so there were no surprises when the job was done. I've used All Temp in the past, and will continue to do so for my heating and air conditioning needs.

Rich was very pleasant and personable, and he also knows his stuff! He put me at ease right away. He explained how he diagnosed the problem and how he would fix it. And he fixed my problem. And he was as pleasant as he could be! I would definitely be happy to have him return if I ever have HVAC issues again.

Dan and Cody were on-time, very professional, and did a good job installing a new HVAC system.
Mike C. and Rick J. were very helpful and professional as well. They both explained the process, in detail, before the installation occurred. Rick even assured me that they will promptly respond to any problems I would encounter in the future.

Edwin, Came out to check our furnace that was having issues heating up the house, during his thorough inspection he found and created a video of a crack in the heat exchanger. He quickly tested our house for carbon monoxide and found some high readings in some of the rooms. We were extremely thankful for his thorough inspection and his genuine concern for our safety. We scheduled our replacement right away which was installed quickly and properly.

This company is top notch beginning with Jack Freedman the project manager
and ending with the installers Jose and Ruben. The job was quoted and installed within 4 days, my family is extremely satisfied with the lack of knowledge and professionalism they demonstrated. We will be definitely using them again and would recommend them to everyone we know.

I had Richard Camacho as the technician that came out and he was the BEST one They sent out. He was very professional and knew what he was doing and explained everything he did as he went along. I would use this company again but ask for this Gentleman to do the service!

Very responsive service after contacting the company. The service techs were very personable and professional. They diagnosed my problem and continued communication as to when the needed parts would be in. The service techs were very carful to cover their shoes each time they came in and out of the house. Very happy with the entire process.
