Highly recommended Toro for all your HVAC needs! They were so helpful and professional and really helped us out of a jam on a Sunday night! Excellent service!

These guys are my regular HVAC guys. Over the last 5 years they have kept the junky old HVAC equipment from my home's previous owner working and, ultimately, installed nice new units. Victor and John are professionals and did a good job explaining the various reasons my old stuff broke down and my options for fixing it. They were also extremely quick to come in and fix things for a couple of HVAC emergencies. In particular, last winter my furnace died when the lows were around 0 degrees they came over, revived my old furnace, then managed schedule a new furnace installation the next day (luckily they had a new one in stock). I had procrastinated on installing a new furnace after they told me it was dying the previous year - they really bailed me out!

My HVAC system went completely out and a representative came out and knew what the issue was. Now the furnace needs to be fixed and I definitely want this company to do it because of the information and the integrity put forth. Now I just have to wait on the home warranty company to approve the repair.

Our furnace broke and our home warranty company contracted with Victor and his team at TORO to assess and ultimately replace the system. Being in the middle of winter and with small children, we needed the process to move as quickly as possible and Victor was extremely responsive and quick with turning everything around on his end. He called me to see if he could come out a day earlier than planned and was extremely professional throughout the process

My heat recently went out and my home warranty company scheduled an appointment with Toro the following day. I called Toro directly and they were able to come out the same day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and parts were ordered through my home warranty company. John from Toro called to check up on me and my family multiple times until the part arrived. The part was installed as soon they received it. All the folks at Toro are extremely polite and courteous. They're always on time and I've never had any issues. I would absolutely recommend them and look forward to my next service appointment.

I had a difficult to diagnose issue with my HVAC that a previous service provider could not fix. The crew at Toro spent a lot of time with the unit to get the issue diagnosed correctly. They were able to get the necessary part same day, even drove 2 hours to pick it up in order to give me heat that night. Victor even called the following night to make sure everything was working perfectly. Highly recommend the crew at Toro!

I consistently work with Victor Verde, and couldn’t have a better experience! Victor is one of the nicest, kind humans out there. He takes service to a whole other level! I work in the LGBTQ+ bar world, and he is definitely an ally!

The very best period!! I have a very complicated boiler system and Victor was the only one who could not only fix the issue but he never gave up and solved a very complex problem. As a homeowner and a landlord, we need the skill and dedication delivered by Victor on critical household systems such as heat and air. Chicago is so difficult in terms of weather, and Victor has rescued us from so many problems over the years. Just this week, he found a special furnace for my rental unit and installed it the very next day. Victor is a lifesaver, and he is worth every penny!! Victor solves problems the first time!!
