Toro Heating and Cooling was great! They came out at 7 pm in the evening, driving almost an hour to get to my house. Within 10 minutes had it diagnosed and 30 minutes later had it fixed! Highly recommend Toro Heating & Cooling, Victor and his partner! Very knowledgeable and honest! If I ever need another HVAC company, it will be Toro Heating & Cooling! Thank you!

Victor was awesome, we had an issue with our furnace in the coldest day so far this winter, it was already 7:00 pm, he was finishing up with his last appointment but he still said he would come and help, he made it around 9:00 pm and gave us a temporary solution to keep us warm, he then came back the next day to finish the job. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and well priced.

Although the whole situation was a difficult one and beyond the control of Victor, he went above and beyond to ensure that he was doing everything in his power to get the home warranty company to move on our behalf. He kept us inbthe loop every step of the way and when he finally got the required approvals he got our unit installed in less that 24 hrs. Their installers were professional and efficient. Hats off to the Toro team and especially Victor.

Very professional and knowledgeable! They serviced my old boiler and and replaced it with a new boiler, and did an excellent job! 10/10 would recommend.

Victor was amazing! He came to fix a problem that was in part created by a different company. He advocated for me with my insurance company. He and his coworker also stayed well overtime to make sure that I had heat after several weeks of not having any. Thank you!
