All Temp Heating & Air Conditioning - Chicago

All Temp has been my go to since I bought my house years ago and replaced my HVAC system. Their techs are great. For instance, this morning my tech Andy called me 35 minutes before arrival, so I knew how to plan my time. He was super friendly and efficient, explaining everything he was doing. Great service!

Last year, All Temp did a full install of a new furnace and A/C system and all worked great. We ended up having a small leak in our condenser, which was found 1 year later when All Temp came out for a maintenance service.

They ended up taking care of it under extended warranty and took nothing short of amazing care of us.

Jorge, in particular, was kind, communicative, and always on time. It really felt like he had our backs throughout the entire process and we’re extremely grateful. We’ll absolutely use All Temp again!

Richard Camacho from All Temp did a wonderful job repairing my air conditioning unit. He was professional and patient and kindly answered all of my questions. He efficiently handled my cooling issue so that my household was back to normal in no time. He has a delightful sense of humor as well which was refreshing. I will continue to hire All Temp for all of my HVAC needs and I will ask them to send R. Camacho to perform the services.

We purchased our home last October, with no central air. We were doing fine for a while, but come the first hot week in spring we knew we needed to make a change, the windows units just weren't cutting it. We reached out to the team at All Temp about having central air installed on our existing forced air system, and we were treated professionally right from the start. All the way from the first call, to final touches, the install team was friendly, and worked quickly. At the end of it all, we have a home that is comfortable, and I know that the service was professionally done. Thank you All Temp!

We have been using All Temp to service our furnace and air conditioner annually since we bought our house in 2009. They installed a pace-maker on our air conditioning around 11 years ago (2012), which helped us hold off on replacing it and our ancient furnace when we couldn't afford to replace them. This January our furnace finally reached its end. Being a member of their Discount Club (annual spring / fall maintenance contract) meant that we were able to get a good price on a new furnace and AC that were right sized for our house.

The team came out two days in a row; installing the furnace on day 1 and the AC unit in the freezing cold on day 2. They kept everything neat and cleaned up after themselves. They moved a pipe that the gas company had recently moved that blocked our humidifier from being serviced. They were very respectful of our time and property.

The difference has been so warm and cozy this winter, and we also use a lot less gas. We haven't tried our new Air Conditioning unit, but we're sure it's going to be great. They're proactively coming back out next week to check the AC pressure and ensure it's all ready to go for the summer.

Very easy to schedule (my only minor complaint is that they give a rather wide time frame for the tech to arrive: 12 -5pm). But Ed called about 20 minutes before arriving. Nicest guy you could meet! He was very professional and patient answering all my questions. This is a new house for us, so he explained as much as he could about the systems. Super attentive to details and thorough. Very reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend All Temp and will be using them again. The HVAC industry can be intimidating, but this was such a pleasant experience. Five stars!

Called to get an estimate. I was told someone would call me back later to schedule and estimate. Then, someone did call to let me know someone would call me back the next day to schedule and estimate. It has been 2/3 days and no call. They lost a big project.

UPDATE: I changed from 1star to 3stars. The Vice President of the company called me because he saw my review and wanted to personally check out the work I needed and then asked that I update the review(multiple times). He seemed very knowledgeable. I did not continue to work with them, but appreciated him reaching out and coming by.

Cannot recommend this company enough for AC replacement! From getting a quote to installation to follow up to make sure everything went well, the AllTemp team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They gave me a quote that was thousands less than one of the big heating/air places and kept me updated leading up to the installation date. The guys who came to my place were very courteous and answered all my questions. Would definitely say call All Temp for any AC needs.

I recently contacted All Temp after several inquiries to other HVAC companies for repairs on my furnace which broke down on one of the coldest days of the year. All Temp dispatched a technician immediately to diagnose my unit. Turned out, I had a cracked heat exchanger, and due to the age of my system the related repair costs exceeded its worth. I decided to purchase a new system for a very competitive price. The whole experience was top notch; timely and very professional. Added bonus, while paying my bill, the accounting department informed me that my system qualified for a few hundred dollars rebate from my utilities company, as well as a Federal tax credit. I'm very happy I chose to go with All Temp. Kudos to Art, Erin and Jay for their assistance! I don’t know what I’d have done without them! They made the whole process so smooth and effortless. I’m extremely grateful.

My boiler went out and I called All Temp’s and they had somebody there to check out my system within 45 minutes. Although this was on a Friday, late in the day, I couldn’t get a new system installed until Monday, which was understandable.
They offered to give us heaters if we needed them, we had our own though. They were back on Monday morning at 8:30 AM and it took the day to install the system but they were very efficient with their time and also cleaned up after themselves. They explained the new system to me and I felt confident about everything I needed to know. They were very accommodating, and did exactly what they said they were going to do.
I was very pleased with the service, the pricing, the efficiency, and the level of professionalism. I would highly recommend them. I will continue to use them for my heating and air conditioning needs.
