All Temp Heating & Air Conditioning - Chicago

I called for emergency service because my hvac heating system did not work and the temperature dropped below 50 degree. I called emergency service, asked for the fees and agreed to it. I was told a tech would be dispatched.

The tech gave me a heads up call that he's coming, because I was not around, I provided instruction to ring my neighbor doorbell so they can help the tech get into the unit. The tech agreed that is fine.

Then I heard no update, luckily my neighbor kept me updated. They saw the van by the front of the building but didn’t see anyone coming out of the van. So I called the tech and he was telling me he waited for 20 minutes and no one rang the bell.

When in fact, he didn’t even step out of the van and he left after 5 minutes just idling in his van. How did I know that? It’s captured by this video below and see the timestamp.

If they just be honest about it, and told me they could not fulfill the emergency request, I could have gone with someone else and avoided damages.

The clean up and disposal of the old equipment was thorough and complete. Very pleasant to deal with, honest and trustworthy. They sell quality products and the financing is great. Andy was very professional and knowledgeable about the issues with why our A/C wasn’t working. He quickly diagnosed issue and explained what he was doing and the things we should be doing to avoid problems. The only item I wished they did better was faster service- they could only schedule me the day after I called so we had to suffer with 2 nights of high temps in our bedroom level.

All Temp has been my go to HVAC company since I owned my first condo in 2001. Now they are servicing my family home. They are dependable and go over and beyond to get the job done. Luis is the best! I like having the same technician visit every time. I would love to share this experience by helping All Temp advertise their exceptional service.

Bryan and Carlos did a excellent job. Clean neat work. Answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to all my friends. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Very pleased with the installation and performance of my new furnace and thermostat. Great company!

Andy was a huge help. Extremely professional and was able to resolve our problem quickly. He knew exactly what the issue was fast and efficient. We will definitely ask for him again if we need it!

We have been using this company for furnace and air conditioning maintenance for over 20 years, and their customer service and technicians are excellent. Around Christmas time last year our furnace was not working properly. Their service technician came out on a Friday and initially installed a new thermostat, which did not fix the problem. On Saturday we ordered a new furnace, and had it installed on the following Monday. This happened in the dead of winter, and we were taken care of quickly, and our lack of proper heat was short lived. The installed furnace works just fine and we are happy with the install

We had a maintenance appointment for our air conditioning in mid May of this year. We started to have a problem with the air conditioning in mid April. I called the service department about our lack of air conditioning from our unit. The service person on her own took it upon herself to reschedule our maintenance a week after our phone call for service. She said that she squeezed us in due to the problem that we were having with no air conditioning. That is great customer service, and a good thinking customer service representative who thought about us.

Lastly, we were having difficulty with a warranty claim that we had. One of the company's personnel went to bat for us and discussed the matter with our warranty company. Because of his intervention with this claim, we were able to get a very favorable resolution to our warranty claim.

All of these incidents point to a company that goes the extra mile for its customers.

I was very happy with my experience with All Temp technician Josh T. He called in the morning and gave me an estimated time of his arrival. When Josh arrived he was very polite, thorough and professional during my entire appointment. He did a great job explaining what he was doing and how long it would take. I plan to ask for Josh T when I make all of my future appointments with All Temp!

Jorge was an absolute life saver! After 3 years of battling inconsistent air flow and temperatures between floors and rooms he came in, took time to understand my concerns, did necessary tests needed, and eventually identified a massive hole that was the root of it all. Not only that but he was kind and considerate - I learned a lot about the system and what to expect that I didn’t know prior to his visit. Will 100% only go to them moving forward. THANK YOU TEAM!
